A Twitter chat is like a meeting on Twitter; it has a specific discussion topic and a scheduled start time. Using the hashtag #MilCents at the end of each tweet, MFAN will ask questions to a group of financial experts.
Joseph Kopser is a technology entrepreneur specializing in transportation, smart cities, urban mobility, energy, and national security issues. A graduate of West Point, his successful 20 year Army career is highlighted earning the Ranger Tab, Combat Action Badge, and Bronze Star. In the corporate arena, Kopser developed RideScout, a mobile application that links all forms of transportation allowing people to reach their destinations in the most efficient way possible. RideScout was sold to Mercedes in 2014. Currently, Kopser is the executive-in-residence at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas and the president of Grayline Group. Grayline is a management consulting firm committed to driving collaborative social change. Kopser actively serves leadership roles at the Austin Chamber of Commerce, CleanTX, Vetted Foundation, the Texas Lyceum, the Texas Association of Business, and Bunker Labs Austin.
